Come prepared to TNW Conference

For quick and easy access to the venue, you can print your own badge at one of our self-service kiosks. Make sure you come prepared by:

Completing your onboarding on your Ticket Dashboard.
Having your ticket downloaded as a pdf file or in your Apple Wallet.

Your Badge QR code is also available on the official TNW Conference app closer to the event.

There will be two badge pick-up locations available for TNW Conference attendees.

TNW City office on Wednesday, June 18 | 10:00 - 20:00
Onsite at TNW Conference upon arrival
- Thursday, June 19 | 08:00 - 17:00
- Friday, June 20 | 08:00 - 17:00

Speakers, VIPs, Press and Partners can also pick up their badge from one of our dedicated desks. In case of any issues, please go to the registration Help Desk located at the entrance.

Once arrived at the conference grounds, keep in mind that you might need to undergo one of our bag checks that our security team has to do at the entrance.

Lockers are available for small items as well as a storage area for bigger bags and large luggage.

Can't find your ticket?

Please follow the instructions below if you are having trouble locating your ticket:

Go to tnw.to/login
Enter the email address you used on the ticket.
Click the link in the email we sent you.
Download your ticket and scan your ticket QR code at the self-service kiosk.
